Snore which means making sounds during sleep, this snoring is induced by taking deep breathe inside and leaving i.e. inhaling and exhaling characterized by sound. This occurs normally in people of all age group, but mostly seen in the people of 40 and above. It is most common in individuals suffering from obesity. Excess weight may also leads to snoring.
Snoring leads to sleeplessness in all kind of people, this may lead to several disasters. Our ancestors said that a human can live without food for 10 days even but cannot live without sleeping for 5 days. Sleeplessness causes impact on the functioning of central nervous system, peripheral nervous system and even the autonomic nervous system. The impairment of body mechanism is mostly seen due to less sleep. Less sleep may lead to several accidents in case of regular drivers. A person who is making sound in the middle of sleep i.e. a common individual who is snoring while he is sleeping is not totally aware of the sound which is producing from his body. He feels as if he under a normal sleep, in the initial stages snoring does not show more effects but when it is neglected it leads to a lot of disturbances from your partners. According to a survey conducted by Indian medical association it has been clearly notified that many of the couples got divorced due to this effect. Snoring shows less affect on your body, where as when you think of others they have to see hell every time they sleep beside you. There are several medications introduced into the market to stop snoring but most of them are unsuccessful. Home made remedies show good results.
Try changing your position while sleeping, when you are sleeping in a straight position this causes this causes nasal blockage and may lead to less passage of air inside and may lead to snoring. Sleeping on one side may have fewer chances in occurrence of snoring. The same thing occurs in children of small ages. This should be prevented by loosing the weight. Changing the food habits shows good results the foods which are rich in cholesterol must be stopped consuming. Foods which are high pertinacious must be taken regularly.
In the people who are in the age of 40 and above snoring should be controlled, this can be done by weight reduction. Alcohol should be taken in less quantities and eating excess stuff before sleeping must be controlled. Proper maintenance of body should be taken; jogging in the morning times may show fewer effects in the aged people. Consuming a lot of alcohol may lead to the nasal blockage and may lead to snoring. The best way is to keep your nasal ways clean and tidy, as when they are jammed with dust particles the flow of air is reduced while sleeping and causes snoring.
When all these medications are not working on your body, then it’s better to consult a physician and tell him what ever problems you are facing. If home remedies don’t work then the final medication is surgery. In this process the excess tissue is removed from the throat part.
The treatment in final stages of Psoriatic Arthritis is Surgery. The inflammation in the joint area, skin should be regularly withdrawn by using certain medications. If the inflammation does not lead to decrease in the complications then Joint replacement should be done by surgery.
The home medications for the Psoriatic arthritis include usage of NSAIDS which means Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs. These drugs should be taken if morning joint pains occur or stiffness in the joints occurs. By using NSAIDS regularly the Excretion problems i.e free motions occur. This should be stopped by taking the medicines 1 and half hour before the lunch and 2 hours before bed time.
Weight should be constantly maintained improper planning of lunch and dinner may lead to several drastically changes the Posture. Soaking a cloth in warm water and applying them to the swelling area may lead to extreme comfort.
The major medical treatments for psoriasis are of 3 types:
1.Topical Therapy: In this treatment the drugs are used topically i.e. the drugs are administered over the skin in the forms of Gels, Liquids, and Creams etc.
2.Phototherapy: The name itself indicates the application of drugs in the light medium.
3.Systemic Treatment: This therapy is used in final stages when the both topical and Photo therapy does not show effect. The systemic treatment comprises of sending the drugs through the IV route or oral route.
The GRE (Graduate Record Examination) is the gateway to graduate programs and an essential early step to get admissions into schools of USA. Graduate programs and business schools use GRE scores to evaluate readiness for graduate-level work. The GRE General Test measures verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, critical thinking and analytical writing skills that are not related to any specific field of study.
The computer based general test will have 3 or 4 sections.
·Verbal — Measures reading comprehension skills and verbal and analogical reasoning skills, focusing on the students ability to analyze and evaluate written material.
·Quantitative — Measures problem-solving ability, focusing on basic concepts of arithmetic, algebra, geometry and data analysis.
·Analytical Writing— Measures critical thinking and analytical writing skills, specifically the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
·In addition there may be an unidentified experimental section, which can be any 1 of above.
The GRE is offered year-round at computer-based test centers. It is offered at paper-based test centers in areas of the world where computer-based testing is not available. The GRE is accepted by more than 3,200 graduate schools as well as departments and divisions within these schools.
Some important points to be aware of while writing exam
1.Must be careful while choosing the answer choice.
2.After clicking an answer and confirming the choice, cannot go back to change the answer.
3.Not every question is of same worth. Harder questions are more worth than easier ones
4.Don’t leave any question unanswered. Just make a wild guess and move on to the next one.
5.Don’t stick onto single question if it’s so time taking. Just make on a guess by eliminating and move on.
6.Don’t exit the section at any time of exam which causes you to get no score.
Basically if you do and get the question right, then you will be given increasingly difficult questions and if you get a wrong then you will get an easier question and also there will be decrease in the marks. This is the way in which scoring is done.
In each section minimum number of questions should be attempted to get the score or else the score will no be valued .

VERBAL ABILITY:
Verbal section consists of 30 questions, which fall into four different categories. It consists of antonyms, analogies, sentence completions, andreading comprehensionpassages. Multiple-choice are graded on a scale of 200-800, in 10-point increments. This section primarily tests vocabulary. This section consists of 30 questions, and 30 minutes are allotted for this section.
This is usually composed of
·8 to 10 antonym questions
·6 to 8 analogy questions
·5 to 7 sentence completion questions
·6 to 10 reading comprehension questions (based on 2 to 4 passages)
Antonym questions:
These are the most straight forward vocabulary questions in the test. Must choose an exact opposite of the given word from among 5 different choices.
Analogy questions:
Analogies are also vocabulary questions like antonyms which tests the ability of understanding the relationships between a pair of words. A pair of words is given and must choose another pair of words from among 5 answer choices.
Many kind of relationships may be possible in this kind of questions like, the given pair may be synonyms or one term can be a cause and the other can be the effect or one can be a tool and other the worker who uses it etc.,.
Sentence completion questions:
In the sentence completion questions we are asked to choose the best word to complete a given sentence. These questions test a combination of reading comprehension skills and vocabulary. We must be able to recognize the logic, tone and style of the sentence that makes correct sense in context and also must be able to make differences in usage.
Reading comprehension questions:
These questions test the ability to understand and interpret the passage. These are the most important type of questions as this is the most important type of ability which is needed in graduate school. The purpose of these questions is to test the reading ability but not the knowledge.
QUANTITATIVE ABILITY:
Thequantitativesection consists of problem solving and quantitative comparison questions that test mathematical ability. This section is graded on a scale of 200-800, in 10-point increments. This section consists of 28 questions, and given 45 minutes to complete the section.
This section typically includes
·14 quantitative comparison questions,
·10 discrete quantitative questions (multiple-choice or problem solving)
·4 data interpretation questions.
The topics covered here under are numbers and units of measurement, figures, arithmetic, algebra, geometry, counting and probability,
Quantitative comparison questions:
Of the 28 questions that appear in quants, half of them (14) are Quantitative comparison questions. In these questions there are two quantities, one in column A and the other in column B which should be compared. These types of questions have only 4 choices which are
a)The quantity in column A is greater
b)The quantity in column B is greater
c)The two quantities are equal
d)The relationship cannot be determined from the information given.
The answer choices are same for all these type of questions.
Discrete quantitative questions:
There are 10 discrete quantitative comparison questions the way to get the solution for these types of questions are to solve or work out with the problem.
Data interpretation questions:
There will be four questions of these types in quants section. These questions are based on the information provided in the graphs or tables or charts. These types of questions test the ability to interpret data that have been provided. You will have to do calculation or make an inference from the given data.
ANALYTICAL WRITING ABILITY:
The analytical writing section consists of two different tasks, an “issue task” and an “argument task”. The writing section is graded on a scale of 0-6. The essays are written on a. The program allows only basic computer functions and does not contain a spell-checker or other advanced features. Each essay is scored by at least two readers on a six-pointscale. If the two scores are within one point, the average of the scores is taken. If the two scores differ by more than a point, a third reader examines the response.
Issue task:
There will be choice to choose between two topics upon which to write an essay. The time allowed for this essay is 45 minutes. You are asked to respond to a particular issue, presenting the viewpoint on that issue supporting them with reasons and examples.
Faculty members from various institutions will evaluate the issue judging on the basis of your skill in the following areas.
·Analysis of quotation’s implications
·Organizing the ideas
·Use of relevant examples to support your views
Argument task:
There will be given an “argument” and will be asked to write an essay that critiques the argument & consider the argument’s logic and to make suggestions about how to improve the logic of the argument. The time allotted for this essay is 30 minutes. This task is intended to test both ability to evaluate the soundness of a position and ability to get your point across to an academic audience.
Faculty members from various institutions will evaluate the essay, essaying it on the basis of your skill in the following areas.
·Identification and assessment of arguments main elements
·Organizing and articulation of thoughts
·Handling the mechanic of standard English
·Use of relevant examples.
EXPERIMENTAL SECTION:
The experimental section, which can be either a verbal, quantitative, or analytical writing task, contains new questions that ETS is considering for future use. Although the experimental section does not count toward the score, it is unidentified and appears identical to the real (scored) part of the test. As there is no clear way of knowing which section is experimental, they are forced to complete this section. This section does not appear on all GRE examination.verbal, quantitative,
